There is a limited number of seats. Registration and participation in the event are confirmed only after payment of the fee. One author of each paper submitted to the event will be allowed to wait until the final processing of his/her manuscript before proceeding with the payment. Yet, the author must fill out the registration form and include the article submission number to secure the seat in this period.
Registration fees cover all Workshop scientific activities, including Keynote Speaker lectures, oral presentation of papers, round-tables, opening and closing ceremonies, coffee breaks, and others that may be announced in the near future. Fees do not cover social events.
There are no extra costs for the publication of papers in CCIS or in the Workshop Proceedings. While Springer Nature will offer free access to papers accepted at CCIS for a limited time, access fees may be applicable after that period. Access to the online proceedings will not be charged. Please, review the submission rules for more information on the forms of publication.
