São Luís is the most advanced city in Brazil regarding the vaccination against the COVID-19. The City Health Department reports every day the amount of population fully vaccinated. Today (October 30th, 2021) 90,20% of the population (older than 15 years old) in São Luís is fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 (Instagram and SEMUS).

All the current safety protocols to avoid COVID-19 are going to be strictly followed at the event: i) all participants should wear a mask. ii) the LAWCN'21 is going to be in the rectory auditorium that has capacity for more than 300 people but no more than 100 people will be allowed in it; iii) the participants will keep a safety distance from each other, e.g. 2 seats; and iv) there is place to clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub (70% alcohol) or soap and water.
